Job summary

Ample in India seeks a customer-oriented service executive to handle inbound calls, book appointments, and guide customers to the nearest icare.

The role focuses on boosting conversions from leads to walk-ins, providing repair and stock updates, and driving daily revenue through proactive upselling of AC+, P+ and accessories.

You will maintain daily reports on appointments, conversions, and revenue, and work to exceed targets with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable handling customer objections.
• Knowledge of Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Attend all incoming calls and ensure missed percentage is not more than 1%.
• Increase conversion from lead to walk-in and repair.
• Understand customer issues and service requirements, book appointments, guide customers to nearest icare.
• Provide stock and repair status to customers, and block parts for repair.
• Identify opportunities and sell AC+ & P+ and other accessories.
• Provide daily appointments, conversions, and revenue generated report.
