Job summary

ALLEN Digital in Bengaluru seeks a CRM specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across WhatsApp, Push, emails, SMS, and more. You will work hands-on with CleverTap and MoEngage for audience creation, segmentation, journeys, and performance tracking.

Build customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and personalized communications; coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in CRM
• Hands-on experience with CleverTap/MoEngage is mandatory
• Experience creating dashboards and performance reports
• Strong analytical skills with CRM KPI tracking (CTR, Open Rate, conversions, delivery, engagement, retention)
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required
• GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude familiarity is a plus
• SQL is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, execution, and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, Push Notifications, RCS, Email, SMS, In‑App, and Web Push.
• Build and manage customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, personalization, and trigger-based communications.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Content, Design, Tech, and Analytics for timely campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance; provide insights to improve CTR, conversions, engagement, and retention.
• Own the CRM communication calendar and ensure campaigns run on schedule with high accuracy.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize messaging, creatives, audience segments, and send times.
• Ensure campaign quality through QA, audience validation, and pre-launch testing.
• Analyze user behavior and recommend CRM strategies to boost engagement, activation, retention, and conversions.
• Maintain campaign documents, reports, and performance dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience creating dashboards and performance reports.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking CRM KPIs such as CTR, Open Rate, Conversion Rate, Delivery Rate, Engagement Rate, and Retention.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is must
• Familiarity with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• SQL is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
