Responsibilities

• Handle customs documentation and processing at JNPT and CFS.
• Coordinate with Customs officers for assessment and examination.
• Monitor cargo movement from port to CFS and vice versa.
• Attend customs examination and facilitate cargo clearance activities.
• Maintain records of import/export documents and customs correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with Customs Act and port regulations.
• Coordinate for delivery orders and cargo delivery.
• Update Customer Service about shipment status.
• Handle port and terminal-related operational issues.

• Handling customs documentation and processing at JNPT and CFS.
• Coordination with Customs officers for assessment, examination, out-of-charge, amendments, and other customs formalities.
• Monitoring cargo movement from port to CFS and vice versa.
• Attending customs examination and facilitating cargo clearance activities.
• Maintaining records of import/export documents and customs correspondence.
• Ensuring compliance with Customs Act, allied acts, and port regulations.
• Coordinating for delivery orders, EIR, gate passes, detention/ground rent matters, and cargo delivery.
• Updating Customer Service and Seniors regarding shipment status and clearance progress.
• Handling port and terminal-related operational issues promptly.
