Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group in India is seeking an operations data analyst to generate daily Open Sales Order reports for production planning and dispatch. Responsibilities

• Generate daily Open Sales Order IND reports for production planning
• Map item codes, activate configurations, update order modifiers, and adjust costs
• Participate in key user calls and document MOM for India region
• Eliminate manual open orders compilation and support forecast templates
• Develop dashboards and analyze dispatchable CPO, net influx, and production data
• Prepare monthly operations and material consumption reports
• Coordinate with Purchase/Factory/Finance to ensure smooth daily operations

• Generate and circulate the daily factory-wise Open Sales Order IND report (CPO & UCPO) for production and dispatch planning
• Perform item code mapping, activate configurations, update order modifiers, revise routes, and adjust standard and transfer costs as required by the business daily.
• Participate in Key User Calls as the POC for the India region, attend monthly steering committee meetings, SOP calls, Weekly Opns call, document the MOM, and support the team in executing action plans
• Eliminate manual compilation of the Open Sales Order IND report (CPO & UCPO)
• Prepare the forecast template for IN1 & IN3
• Compile and track the daily factory-wise dispatch plan versus actuals
• Generate the monthly operations management report
• Conduct data analysis on various operational and management metrics to provide insights for informed decision-making
• Create insightful operations and business dashboards
• Analyse dispatchable CPO, net influx, and production details
• Provide additional support for miscellaneous operational activities
