Job summary

Zetwerk is seeking a role to support end-to-end execution and order-to-cash management for commodity trading and distribution. You will ensure accurate transaction processing, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence across the trading operations segment.

You will oversee order initiation, documentation review, and contract validation; coordinate with trading desks, manufacturers, logistics partners, and customers; and maintain ERP records while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Oversee order initiation, documentation review, and contract validation for commodity transactions.
• Coordinate among trading desks, manufacturers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Track dispatch schedules, goods receipts, inventory updates, and pending order status.
• Maintain transaction records in ERP systems and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in preparation and submission of transaction-related documentation including delivery notes, purchase/sales orders, and other statutory paperwork.
• Communicate with internal teams and external counterparties for prompt resolution of operational or transactional issues.
• Prepare and share periodic MIS reports and dashboards reflecting order status, bottlenecks, and execution exceptions.
• Assist team leads in process optimization, audit readiness, and improvement initiatives.
