Job summary

Sesworld Solar (india) is seeking an experienced procurement and admin professional to manage purchasing, supplier relationships, and document control. The role involves coordinating with finance and internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing, budgeting, and compliance across operations.

The candidate will maintain vendor records, evaluate performance, and prepare SOPs and operational reports to support day-to-day activities while safeguarding confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, quotations, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
• Source vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service conditions.
• Track orders, deliveries, invoices, and discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and evaluate vendor performance.
• Manage company documents, contracts, agreements, and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, reports, and operational records.
• Coordinate with Finance and internal teams for invoices, expenses, and budgets.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Support smooth day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
