Job summary

Rentokil PCI is hiring an Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager to source, track and coordinate government and PSU tenders. You will report to the National Business Development Head and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires 0–3 years of experience, Graduation, and readiness to work from Goregaon West, Mumbai. Fresher-friendly with opportunities to grow within a large global brand.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bids & tenders (preferred)
• Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
• Strong internet research skills to source relevant tenders

Responsibilities

• Source quality tenders daily from various State Governments, PSU websites, and the GEM portal.
• Register with the relevant government and PSU portals to access and source pest control tenders.
• Coordinate with branches to ensure 80% of sourced tenders are submitted.
• Track existing tenders to ensure timely re-bidding once the current tender period expires.
• Maintain and update MIS/data for all tender-related activities and share weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain monthly connects with branches for seamless collaboration

About the Role:

• The Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for sourcing, tracking, and coordinating government and PSU tenders, ensuring timely submissions and maintaining tender-related data and reporting.
• The incumbent will report to the National Business Development Head. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
