Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India is seeking a fresh Graduate or MBA with a sales mindset to identify and secure pest control opportunities, develop new business, retain clients, manage day-to-day sales activities, and provide feedback to the service team. You will build relationships, handle proposals and service agreements, and support debt collection. The role offers an attractive base salary, performance bonus, mediclaim insurance, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure long-term and short-term pest control opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases per sales strategy.
• Look after client retention by meeting ongoing expectations.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities: proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain good client relationships.
• Provide reports as required.
• Assist with debt collection.
