Job summary

Growth For Impact is hiring for a role focused on demonstrating fermentation enhancements and enzymatic solutions for distilleries. The candidate will actively engage with clients, conduct on-site demonstrations, and drive sales of bio-products across India.

Required 2–4 years in fermentation/distillery, strong communication and relationship skills, and willingness to travel extensively. The role involves technical support and market development for industrial bio-products.

Qualifications

• Science graduate with basic fermentation knowledge.
• 2–4 years of experience in fermentation and distillery.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.
• Knowledge of alcohol fermentation in grain and molasses distilleries.
• Ability to troubleshoot fermentation-related issues.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstration of liquefaction and saccharification enzymes performance.
• Troubleshooting existing grain and molasses based distillery processes.
• Maintaining constant interaction and technical support as required.
• Visiting clients pan India as per requirements.
• Demonstration of sugar enzymes efficacy on trial basis.
• Generating business from new clients by showcasing Praj products.
• Business development activity for Industrial BioProducts.
• Promoting and selling industrial bio-products and related lines.
• Developing business for the 1G Services Division.
• Supporting distributors and dealers.

ROLE

• Demonstration of Liquefaction & Saccharification enzymes and Yeast, ADY and Fermentation Boosters Performance
• Trouble shooting activity for existing Grain and molasses based distillery clients
• Maintaining constant interaction, and Technical support as and when required
• Visiting clients pan India as per the requirements
• Demonstration of Sugar Enzymes Efficacy on trial basis
• Generating Business from New Clients by Demonstrating efficacy of Praj Products successfully
• Business development activity: 1G Services Division
• Promotion & Sales of Industrial BioProducts a Sales Enhancers Effymol + Related Bioproduct division products related to Distillery and Sugar Industry
• Generating Business from New clients
• Look after recovery of Outstanding in Domestic Markets
• Mapping of Market for competition
• Demonstration of Praj Bioproducts
• Technical support and Trouble shooting in Fermentation Section to help Distilleries and Sales of BioProducts
• Business Development Activity for Industrial BioProducts
• Supporting Distributers and Dealers

REQUIREMENTS
