We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted liaison, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the MDs office.
Manage and maintain the Managing Directors calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing responses as appropriate.
Draft, review, and manage professional communications, presentations, and reports.
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Follow up on action items, deadlines, and commitments made by the MD.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
Maintain confidential records, documents, and files.
Organize business travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense reports.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and executive summaries as required.
Assist in organizing company events, leadership meetings, and business reviews.
Track ongoing projects and provide status updates to the MD.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and initiatives.
Support strategic planning and business operations through research and data compilation.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
