Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Analytical Support such as collect, prepare, analyse, and interpret business data
• Draft briefing notes, business cases and executive summaries
• Executive Support such as manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritise meetings
• Prepare and organise documents for meetings, presentations and reports
• Screen communications and manage information to/from the MD
• Monitor progress and follow‑up on action items with internal stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, minutes of meetings, and timelines
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Qualification And Technical Skills/Competencies

• MBA – Finance, Inter CA/CA, CMA Intermediate/CMA preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS‑Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
