Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant in Bengaluru, India. This role involves managing complex calendars, driving operational efficiency, and supporting portfolio founders with scheduling and communications. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment, along with strong communication skills and the ability to operate in ambiguity. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for partners including scheduling and travel.
  • Drive operational efficiency across fund activities and coordinate teams.
  • Support portfolio founders with scheduling and communication needs.
  • Drive day-to-day operational efficiency across fund activities.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, founders, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and track actionables, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support portfolio founders with scheduling, communication, and coordination needs.
  • Assist in preparing investor communications, quarterly reports, and data requests.
  • Help manage documents, agreements, and fund-related workflows.
  • Conduct light research for meetings, market deep-dives, and portfolio reviews.
  • Maintain organized documentation, dashboards, and internal knowledge repositories.
  • Coordinate domestic/international travel for the partners.
  • Organize events, offsites, founder dinners, and investor meetups.

Job Description

Executive Support & Calendar Management

  • Manage complex calendars for partners - meetings, pitches, reviews, travel, and board schedules.
  • Prioritize incoming requests and ensure optimal time allocation for leadership.
  • Prepare briefing notes, meeting summaries, and follow‑ups.

Operations & Workflow Management

  • Drive day‑to‑day operational efficiency across fund activities.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, founders, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and track actionables, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Investor & Portfolio Coordination

  • Support portfolio founders with scheduling, communication, and coordination needs.
  • Assist in preparing investor communications, quarterly reports, and data requests.

Research & Documentation

The Successful Applicant
