This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly intelligent, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced CEO running multiple companies. This is not a basic admin role — you will act as the right hand to the executive, managing priorities, solving problems, and protecting the CEO’s time.
You must be extremely organized, a strong communicator, and capable of making decisions independently.
Prioritize emails, draft communications, and professionally handle correspondence
Organize and manage projects, deadlines, and tasks across multiple businesses
Conduct research, summarize reports, and prepare briefings for decision-making
Monitor and follow up on open projects and commitments
Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with discretion
Act as a problem solver and gatekeeper to reduce distractions
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners professionally
Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-Level Executives, Founders, or Entrepreneurs
Proven ability to handle multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (near-native fluency)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong time management skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions
Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Confidentiality and discretion are essential
Strong personality with confidence to handle executives and complex situations
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Monday-Friday
Flexible start time, but able to cover EST/US business hours (minimum 4-5 hours overlap)
