About the Role
We are looking for a well-presented, proactive and highly organised professional to manage the CBO Office and provide executive and business coordination support to the Chief Business Officer.
The role will act as a key link between the CBO, Management, Sales and various support functions, ensuring that decisions, priorities and strategic initiatives communicated by the CBO are effectively coordinated, followed up and taken to closure.
This role requires someone who can get things done through effective coordination and follow-up, work with multiple stakeholders and independently drive matters to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, participants and required information.
- Attend key meetings and prepare concise Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), highlighting decisions, responsibilities and timelines.
- Maintain action trackers and continuously follow up with respective HODs/teams to ensure timely closure of action points.
- Manage the CBO's calendar, meetings, appointments and travel coordination.
- Act as the link between the CBO, Management, Sales and support functions including Operations, Credit, IT, Accounts, HR, etc.
- Communicate key strategies, decisions and priorities of the CBO to relevant stakeholders and ensure appropriate follow-through.
- Proactively track pending matters and remind/escalate to stakeholders and the CBO wherever required.
- Manage the CBO's emails, identify important/urgent matters and highlight them appropriately.
- Coordinate business requirements, approvals and inter-departmental matters on behalf of the CBO.
- Coordinate Sales meetings, quarterly/annual reviews and other leadership meetings, including preparation, documentation and follow-up.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments for resolution of business/system-related issues.
- Coordinate monthly target-setting with Sales, Data Analysis and Finance teams.
- Prepare/coordinate customised reports, business information and other data required by the CBO.
- Handle confidential management information and correspondence with discretion.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be an advantage.
- 1-4 years of experience in EA, CBO/CEO Office, Business Coordination, Management Coordination, Business Operations or similar roles.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services or Auto Finance preferred although not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable and professional personality, with the confidence to interact with senior management and HODs.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and email management skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise MoMs and management communications.
- Highly proactive, dependable and solution-oriented.
