Lenskart.com in New Delhi is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to partner with one of our co-founders, protecting and optimizing their time by managing a demanding calendar and minimizing scheduling friction.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable interfacing with investors and senior leaders, while coordinating complex meetings and travel across time zones.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff-adjacent role supporting a founder or senior leader.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and discretion handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with calendar tools (Google Workspace/Outlook) and openness to new productivity tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end calendar management: scheduling, prioritizing, and re-sequencing meetings to reflect the cofounder's strategic priorities.
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, double-bookings, and time-zone challenges across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily/weekly briefings: agendas, attendee context, background material, and follow-ups needed ahead of each meeting.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder meetings and offsites, including logistics, room/video setups, and pre-reads.
  • Manage domestic and international travel itineraries in sync with the calendar, optimizing for time and cost efficiency.
  • Track action items and follow-ups from meetings to ensure timely closure without the cofounder needing to chase.
  • Handle expense reports, correspondence, and other administrative support as needed.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact, representing the cofounder's tone and priorities professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to partner closely with one of our co-founders. The core of this role is protecting and optimizing the cofounder's time - running a calendar that reflects true priorities and eliminating scheduling friction. This is a high-trust, high-visibility position for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff-adjacent role supporting a founder, CXO, or senior leader, with heavy calendar ownership
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones and stakeholder types
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with investors, board members, and senior executives
  • High discretion and comfort handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong command of calendar and scheduling tools (Google Workspace/Outlook), and comfort adopting new productivity tools
  • Flexibility for early/late hours as per given schedules
