StarClinch is seeking a driven Executive Assistant to the CEO to handle calendar coordination, internal operations, and cross‑functional communications. You will manage the CEO’s schedule, prepare briefs, and track priorities across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
The role requires 2–4 years of EA/coordination experience, excellent English, and top organizational skills. Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, Slack, and Canva/PowerPoint is expected.
We’re looking for a driven and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and can work across multiple functions with ease.
This role goes beyond scheduling and calendar management. You will be a critical part of the founder’s office—handling internal operations, managing communications, organizing priorities, and ensuring execution happens across departments.
The ideal candidate is agile, a strong communicator, and has a knack for bringing clarity to chaos. You should be comfortable working with confidential information, juggling multiple projects, and proactively solving problems.
Manage and optimize the CEO’s daily schedule and task list.
Prioritize meetings based on urgency and business objectives.
Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing).
Track tasks assigned by the CEO across departments and ensure closure.
Maintain a system for documenting pending items, priorities, and deadlines.
Draft emails, responses, and internal communication on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare basic pitch decks, meeting briefs, and reports as required.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.
Conduct quick research on platforms, tools, and potential partners as needed.
Compile competitor insights or artist-related data to assist decision-making.
Support in internal audits, recruitment coordination, or other ad-hoc projects.
Manage travel bookings, stay, event logistics, and last-minute plan changes.
Coordinate artist meetings, client events, or office offsites when needed.
Handle personal errands and administrative duties with discretion.
Manage CEO’s personal logistics (as required), including scheduling and follow-ups.
2–4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or coordination role.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Comfort with Google Suite, Excel/Sheets, and communication tools like Slack.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving startup setup.
Prior experience working directly with a founder or leadership team.
Background in startups, media, artist management, or event companies.
Basic knowledge of PowerPoint/Canva or similar tools.
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 (Based on experience)
Performance-linked bonus every 6 months
Learn directly from the CEO and gain startup leadership exposure
Flexible work hours (role requires responsiveness, not rigidity)
Access to premium events, shows, and festivals
Fast-track career progression based on ownership and initiative
Enjoy taking ownership and love solving problems
Can write sharp, professional emails and simplify chaos into structure
Are okay being hands-on with logistics and high-level tasks alike
Want to grow into a Founder’s Office or Chief of Staff role in 2–3 years
