About the Role
Executive Assistant – polished and organized professional to manage executive, administrative, and operational tasks efficiently, coordinate with vendors, manage office assets, and assist with selecting personal responsibilities of the Founder with discretion. Must be well‑spoken in English, presentable, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Ensure timely reminders and prioritize tasks effectively
Administrative & Office Support
- Handle emails, correspondence, documentation, and reports
- Maintain organized company records and files (digital and physical)
- Manage company laptops and office assets, coordinating with vendors for maintenance or setup
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs
- Arrange celebrations, milestones, and internal events (cakes, basic logistics)
- Assist with payments, reconciliations, and financial documentation
- Coordinate with banks or service providers for queries and formalities
Travel Arrangements
- Organize domestic and international travel, including tickets, accommodation, and itineraries
Personal Assistance
- Support select personal coordination for the Founder, including family‑related scheduling and day‑to‑day requests, handled with discretion
Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder, ensuring clarity and professionalism
Candidate Requirements / Must‑Haves
- 2–3 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong calendar, stakeholder, and office coordination skills
- Experience handling confidential information and supporting leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent spoken and written English; presentable and professional
- Highly organized with strong time‑management and multitasking skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and takes ownership
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage professional and select personal tasks efficiently
