  • Compensation: Competitive salary with growth opportunities ( ₹10,00,000 – ₹15,00,000)
  • Stage: Team of 20, growing fast
  • Why now: We’re scaling quickly and need someone to keep our office organized, welcoming, and efficient while helping the CEO manage time, travel, and meetings.
About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll make sure everything inside the office runs like clockwork.

You’ll manage daily operations, vendors, and basic admin, while also helping the CEO with scheduling, travel, and coordination.

You’ll be the person everyone trusts to keep things on track — from fixing a leaky AC to making sure meetings start on time.

It’s a hands‑on role for someone who loves order, plans ahead, and keeps people and processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee office boy and vendors to make sure the workspace stays clean, stocked, and functional.
  • Policy & Discipline: Track attendance and punctuality. Ensure people follow basic office rules with fairness and consistency.
  • Executive Assistance: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate follow‑ups, and keep priorities organized.
  • Travel, Events & Offsites: Book flights, hotels, and local transport for business trips. Plan and coordinate company offsites and internal events end‑to‑end.
  • Vendor Management: Handle relationships with cleaning, maintenance, catering, and other service vendors. Ensure timely delivery and payments.
  • Workplace Experience: Keep the office atmosphere professional yet friendly. Drive small initiatives that make workdays easier and more enjoyable.
You’d be a fit if you…
  • Enjoy keeping things organized and hate loose ends.
  • Communicate clearly with everyone — from vendors to leadership.
  • Are comfortable enforcing office rules when needed.
  • Can handle multiple small tasks without dropping the ball.
  • You’re resourceful — when something breaks, you don’t panic; you find a way to fix it quickly and quietly.
  • You think ahead and solve small issues before they turn into problems.
What Success Looks Like
  • Office stays clean, stocked, and well‑run without reminders.
  • All travel and offsite plans are accurate, smooth, and on time.
  • CEO’s calendar runs perfectly with zero conflicts.
  • Everyone follows office norms respectfully.
  • Vendors deliver consistently without escalation.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in admin, operations, or executive assistant roles.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable with Google Calendar, Sheets, and simple tracking tools.
  • Must work full‑time from the office (Bangalore).
