We are seeking a highly motivated Operations / Business AI Specialist to support our U.S.-based operations by leveraging AI tools to improve business processes, solve operational challenges, and enhance team productivity. Responsibilities

• Partner with U.S.-based teams to support daily business operations and process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement practical AI-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, reports, and operational workflows.
• Support AI implementation projects and assist with testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Monitor AI workflows and recommend continuous improvements.
• Provide responsive operational support during U.S. business hours.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar productivity tools.

Preferred Requirements
