Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing specialist. You will enter and validate invoices, verify documents, and manage high-volume payments, while supporting month-end activities. Proficiency in SAP, with Tally knowledge a plus, and strong GST understanding are preferred.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AP/Invoice Processing, good English communication, and strong Excel skills to ensure accuracy and timely payments across vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or B.Com required.
• Master’s Degree (MS/MA) preferred.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing (5-8 years shown).

Responsabilidades

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Enter and validate invoice details, including additional fields required in the new Tally process. Later ERP will be changed to SAP.
• Verify supporting documents and identifying discrepancies or duplicate invoices.
• Maintain and organize physical invoice records.
• Track pending invoices and follow up on approvals or clarifications.
• Support reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities.
• Follow AP procedures and internal controls

Key Skills

• Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing.
• SAP and basic accounting knowledge, knowledge on Tally is additional preference.
• AP/invoice processing experience
• English and communication - mid level
• GST knowledge and understanding of GST-related invoice requirements
• Good Excel skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions

QUALIFICATIONS
