Job summary

Turtlemint in Thane is seeking an Insurance Operations Specialist to manage motor insurance workflows end-to-end, including new policies, renewals, and endorsements. You will coordinate with insurers to obtain quotations and ensure accurate documentation and data entry.

You will also support the Sales team with policy details, premium calculations, and add-ons, while ensuring adherence to company guidelines and service targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; insurance or finance-related qualifications will be an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in motor insurance, general insurance, insurance broking, or automobile dealership insurance operations.
• Good understanding of motor insurance products, including comprehensive, third-party, and own-damage policies.
• Hands-on experience with policy issuance, Quotation & Endorsements.
• Familiarity with insurance company portals & basic guidelines.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Basic to good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and problem-solving abilities.
