Job summary

Paytm Insurance Broking in Noida, Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Sales Executive to drive motor insurance sales for two-wheeler, car, and commercial vehicle policies. You will convert leads, assess customer needs, and refine sales strategies based on insights.

The role demands meeting targets and effective use of CRM tools. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with knowledge of motor insurance concepts and add-ons.

Qualifications

• Graduation (any stream); MBA or relevant certification in insurance/sales is a plus.
• Freshers – 0 months to 5 years in motor insurance telesales or general insurance sales.
• POSP / IRDAI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert telesales leads for motor insurance products (Two-Wheeler, Four-Wheeler, and Commercial Vehicles).
• Maintain understanding of motor insurance features, add-ons, and policy terms across insurers.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, renewals, referrals, or digital leads.
• Engage with customers to understand vehicle insurance requirements and recommend policies.
• Assist customers with policy issuances, rollovers, and renewal conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly motor insurance sales targets.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, conversion ratios, and customer sentiment to improve sales efficiency.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and conversion data in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on motor insurance trends, products, and IRDAI changes.

Role Overview The Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive (Motor Insurance) will be responsible for driving sales of motor insurance products (Two-Wheeler, Private Car, and Commercial Vehicle policies). The ideal candidate will be adept at converting leads, understanding customer vehicle insurance needs, and generating insights that help refine lead quality and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert telesales leads specifically for motor insurance products (Two-Wheeler, Four-Wheeler, and Commercial Vehicles).
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of motor insurance features, benefits, add-on covers (Zero Dep, Engine Protect, RSA), and policy terms across multiple insurers.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, renewals, referrals, or digital leads provided by the organization.
• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle insurance requirements and recommend the best-fit policies.
• Assist customers with seamless policy issuances, rollovers, and renewal conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly motor insurance sales targets.
• Provide regular feedback on lead quality, conversion ratios, and customer sentiment to improve overall sales efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and conversion data in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on motor insurance industry trends, new product offerings, and IRDAI regulatory changes.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Sound knowledge of motor insurance concepts (IDV, NCB transfers, Third-Party vs. Comprehensive cover, Add-ons).
• Customer-first mindset with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Analytical thinking to generate insights from lead and sales data.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

Qualification & Experience
