USV PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a lab professional to perform sampling, chemical analysis of water and environmental monitoring across production and microbiology areas.

Role includes instrument calibration (pH meters, balances), Labware LIMS activities, documentation, and audit readiness, with a focus on GMP compliance in the microbiology section.

Responsabilités

• Sampling and Chemical analysis of purified, process, pretreated & raw water.
• Environmental monitoring in production, warehouse and microbiology section.
• Validate and revalidate activities of instruments related to microbiology & manage Labware LIMS tasks.
• Calibrations of pH meter, weighing balance, etc.
• Documentation, reports and trends preparation, entries in logbooks.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitization in microbiology section; handle audits.

Description du poste

• Sampling and Chemical analysis of purified, process, pretreated & raw water.
• Environmental monitoring in production, warehouse and microbiology section.
• To execute the validation/revalidation activities of the different instruments related to microbiology & to carry out all the activities related to Labware LIMS as per job assigned.
• Calibrations of pH meter, weighing balance, etc.
• Documentation, reports and trends preparation, entries in logbooks.
• To ensure the smooth operation and cleaning of instruments like HPHV Steam sterilizer, Vertical autoclave, Incubators, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer, etc.
• Ensure the cleaning, sanitization & fumigation etc. in microbiology section.
• Responsible for any Internal & External Audit compliance.
• Area Representative for dedicated area assigned by Head QC/ Designee for all time readiness for any inspection w.r.t. audit.
• Ensure Safety, Personnel hygiene, Good Documentation Practice and GMP (Laboratories control) etc. in microbiology section.
• Preparation/standardization of volumetric/test/indicator solution.
• Other activity/work assigned by Section Head/Head QC.
