Qualifications

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Experience in handling receipt of materials under GMP guidelines.
• Experience in dispensing materials in classified areas.
• Well-versed with GMP guidelines applicable to warehouse operations.
• Must have experience in handling QMS activities for warehouse, including Change Control, Deviations, Investigations, CAPA, etc.
• Experience as a Departmental Training Coordinator and in ensuring training effectiveness.
• Knowledge of dispatch of finished goods in coordination with Packing and Finance departments.
• Experience in preparation of Delivery Challans and e-Way Bills.
• Well-versed and experienced in handling USFDA, MHRA, TGA, and other regulatory and customer audits.
• Knowledge of cold chain management, temperature mapping and monitoring, calibration and validation of warehouse equipment, and area qualification.
• Experience in handling or setting up new warehouse equipment and ensuring compliance with required documentation such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Experience in handling Re-test, Non-moving, and Expired materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety norms and EHS requirements.
• Experience in Injectables / Biopharma operations will be an added advantage.
• Capable of manpower handling and team management in warehouse operations.
• Experience in handling R&D warehouse operations.
