Job summary

Rossari Biotech seeks a competent contract lawyer to negotiate, draft, revise and terminate commercial contracts including sales, distributor and agency agreements. You will coordinate with internal teams and support the legal head in proceedings.

The role requires a law degree with specialization in contract drafting, 3-4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Manufacturing or related industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Law graduate with specialization in contract drafting and negotiations.
• 3-4 years of prior experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of laws, excellent research and analytical skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure; experience in manufacturing or related industry advantageous.

Responsibilities
