Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong infrastructure and data platform background to lead large-scale projects involving databases, operating systems, ETL tools, and enterprise schedulers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex infrastructure and data projects involving multiple technologies and cross functional teams.
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
• Drive project delivery to ensure deadlines, milestones, and SLAs are met without compromise.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Identify project risks and issues early; implement mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to infrastructure standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between infrastructure, database, ETL, and application teams.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.
• Lead client meetings, status reviews, and steering committee discussions.
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and resolutions clearly and proactively.
• Build strong client relationships through transparent, timely, and effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or data-centric environments.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server.
• Operating Systems: UNIX, Windows.
• ETL Tools: Informatica.
• Schedulers: AutoSys, Control-M.

Preferred Qualifications
