Job summary

The Experiential Hub in Gurgaon is looking for Client Servicing professionals to join at Executive to Senior Manager levels. You will own client relationships, translate briefs into actionable plans, and coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Production and Operations teams to deliver memorable experiences.

You will develop proposals, timelines and budgets, present ideas confidently, and manage multiple projects with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in client servicing and relationship management.
• Ability to translate briefs into actionable plans and timelines.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in events/experiential campaigns.
• Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on deliverables.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation abilities.

Youll be at the heart of the action working with brands, understanding their business, cracking briefs, coordinating creative & production teams, managing timelines, presenting ideas and making sure the final experience delivers.
