• Maintaining database of Vendors & update the database from time to time.
• To execute planning and coordinating event logistics (venue, vendors, schedules, materials).
• Handling client communications and on-site coordination.
• Help prepare event documentation such as checklists, timelines and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
• To ensure administrative support including data entry, follow-ups and feedback collection.
