Mirchi in Mumbai is seeking an Event Execution Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale events such as concerts, award functions, and activations for society and college groups. The role requires strong budgeting, vendor management, and coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

The candidate will oversee on-ground planning, marketing, and PR efforts across print and digital mediums, while driving profitability and timely delivery of all event

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing large-scale events such as concerts, award functions, society & college activations.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills to maximise profitability of events.
• Vendor management, P&L oversight, and documentation for events.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and on-ground execution.
• Marketing and PR through print and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Implement cost-saving measures to maximise profitability.
• Execute events within budgets with minimal variance from projected costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery/execution of tasks.
• Oversee documentation, P&L, and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and event setup.
• Lead marketing/PR initiatives across print and digital mediums.
• Plan and execute on-ground events from concept to completion.
• Establish tie-ups to endorse properties (print) and drive visibility.
• Ensure effective event execution through client and internal sales coordination.
