The candidate will manage end-to-end event execution while maintaining composure during unexpected challenges, vendor issues, and live audience interaction in high-stakes scenarios. You will be the operational backbone and face of Wheatrich Foods Group at every customer touchpoint event.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Event Planning & Coordination
- Own the complete event lifecycle: conceptualization, planning, vendor coordination, execution, and post-event analysis
- Develop detailed event timelines, run sheets, contingency plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate all technical requirements: venue, stage setup, lighting, sound systems, LED screens, photography, videography, and seating arrangements
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage performance delivery (decorators, DJs, photographers, performers, sound technicians)

- Facilitate interactive activities: games, contests, lucky draws, quizzes, and live competitions
- Deliver clear, impactful promotional announcements aligned with brand messaging
- Coordinate seamlessly with technical crew (sound, lighting) and event team during live execution
- Manage unexpected scenarios professionally: handle performer no-shows, technical failures, schedule delays, VIP changes, or crowd management issues without disrupting audience experience

- Handle real-time operational issues: vendor delays, equipment failures, no-shows, weather changes, or crowd control challenges
- Make quick, sound decisions under pressure without escalating to management for every issue
- Communicate changes to team and audience with professionalism and confidence
- Document issues and recommend process improvements post-event
6. Social Media & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with content creation teams during events to identify Instagram Reels, Stories, and video opportunities
- Conduct live interviews with customers, employees, performers, or influencers
