Job summary

Ace Recruitment Placement Consultants seeks an HR Operations Leader to steer Hire-to-Retire processes for European clients. You will set goals, drive payroll accuracy, and lead a talented team to deliver compliant, high-quality service.

You will manage HRIS data, push automation, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and ensure GDPR compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency. This on-site role in Ahmedabad offers growth and transformation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Hire-to-Retire operations for European clients
• Workday / ServiceNow experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations
• Automation/Transformation experience (Project Delivery in HTR/Payroll Operations area)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team by setting clear achievable goals, delivering regular feedback, and facilitating career development opportunities.
• Oversee end to end payroll processes, including pre-payroll reconciliations, validations, post-payroll activities and reporting.
• Administer HR Information System (HRIS) transactions, managing onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, and position management.
• Ensure best in class customer satisfaction through regular feedback analysis and implementation of improvement action plans.
• Drive process improvement via optimization, standardization, simplification, automation, innovative solutions implementation.
• Contribute to the definition of KPIs and SLAs, measure operational performance, conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy standards, and internal/external controls.

Ensure the team performs at a high level, continuously improving service delivery and operational efficiency. Responsible for hiring, talent retention and employees development.
• Oversee end to end payroll processes, including pre-payroll reconciliations, validations, post-payroll activities and reporting. Ensure timely and best in class accurate payroll delivery, adhering to compliance requirements, legal standards, and internal controls.
• Administer HR Information System (HRIS) transactions, managing onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, and position management. Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure best in class customer satisfaction through regular feedback analysis and implementation of improvement action plans.
• Drive process improvement via optimization, standardization, simplification, automation, innovative solutions implementation. Enhance data visibility and accuracy. Continuously evaluate operational capabilities and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Contribute to the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs, measure operational performance on regular basis, conduct performance reviews. Develop action plans to address gaps.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, data privacy standards, and internal/external controls. Mitigate risks associated with HTR operations to safeguard company reputation and operational integrity.F

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in Hire-to-Retire operations, specifically European based clients or companies
• Workday / ServiceNow experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations.
