Job summary

UST is seeking an EUC Delivery Manager with extensive IT and EUC experience to lead end-to-end digital workplace services for strategic clients in Chennai. You will own delivery, govern architecture, and ensure service quality with strong technical ownership.

You will mentor teams, drive EUC transformation and automation, manage client and vendor stakeholders, and supervise performance reporting across Intune, SCCM/MECM, AVD, Citrix, Windows and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on EUC technical experience.
• SME/SRE-level technical depth with delivery/service management experience.
• Strong understanding of EUC / Digital Workplace architecture.
• Expertise in 2 or more core EUC skill areas.
• Strong experience in technical delivery, team management and client handling.
• Good understanding of ITIL, SLA/KPI management and ITSM processes.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience in EUC transformation, automation and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EUC / Digital Workplace service delivery with strong technical ownership.

• Provide technical leadership across areas such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, AVD, Citrix, Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Autopilot and Endpoint Security.
• Lead technical teams, manage escalations and ensure adherence to SLA, KPI and service quality targets.
• Drive EUC transformation, automation, modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage client stakeholders, vendors and senior technical teams with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Conduct service reviews, governance meetings and performance reporting.
• Mentor technical teams and drive technical upskilling and capability development.
