Job summary

UST is seeking a seasoned EUC/Digital Workplace specialist to lead end-to-end service delivery across India sites, including Trivandrum, Chennai and Hyderabad.

The role requires 14+ years of IT experience with 8+ years hands-on EUC, SME/SRE depth, and strong leadership across Intune, SCCM/MECM, AVD, Citrix, Windows, AD, Entra ID, M365 and Autopilot. You will drive automation, modernization and governance, while mentoring teams and engaging with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in hands-on EUC.
• SME/SRE-level technical depth with delivery/service management.
• Strong EUC/ Digital Workplace architecture understanding.
• Expertise in 2+ core EUC skill areas.
• Experience in ITIL, SLA/KPI management and ITSM processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strong overall understanding of EUC architecture, with deep expertise in at least 2 core EUC technologies/domains.
• Provide technical leadership across areas such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, AVD, Citrix, Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Autopilot and Endpoint Security.
• Lead technical teams, manage escalations and ensure adherence to SLA, KPI and service quality targets.
• Drive EUC transformation, automation, modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage client stakeholders, vendors and senior technical teams with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Conduct service reviews, governance meetings and performance reporting.
