Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 and Security Architect in Bangalore. You will design, implement, and configure Microsoft 365 applications and security features for enterprise environments, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and On-Premises Exchange.

Lead architecture sessions for complex customer requirements and drive mailbox migrations with a strong focus on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications: Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, AD/Entra Connect, and Azure AD.
• Advanced knowledge of: On-Premises Exchange, mailbox migrations, and hybrid configurations.
• Microsoft 365 security features: Conditional Access, DLP, AIP, MFA, and compliance tools.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Working knowledge/Hand-On experience in Virtual desktop (AVD, Citrix) technology will be a plus.
• Architecture-level expertise in Active Directory (2016 and above), including: Group policies, user provisioning, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Azure RBAC, and B2C. Automation using PowerShell and Azure SSO federation configurations.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and their configurations for optimal performance.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 and Security Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and configuring Microsoft 365 applications and security features for enterprise environments. Preferred Certifications
