Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a POSH/GRC professional to own end-to-end POSH framework and governance across the organization. You will lead the POSH Office, coordinate the Internal Committee, and ensure compliance with POSH Act and internal policies while tracking legal updates and maintaining audit readiness.

You will drive POSH training, collaborate with HR and Legal, manage investigations with confidentiality, and deliver leadership dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in POSH/GRC frameworks and compliance governance.
• Ability to manage POSH Office and Internal Committee (IC).
• Strong documentation, dashboards, and leadership reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• POSH GRC is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the organization's POSH framework and broader compliance initiatives, ensuring a safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplace.
• This role requires strong accountability, sound judgment, and a proactive governance mindset

Your Profile

• Manage and oversee the POSH Office and Internal Committee (IC)
• Ensure compliance with the POSH Act, internal policies, and governance standards
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
• Track and implement legal updates and policy changes
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit readiness
• Lead handling of POSH complaints with confidentiality and sensitivity
• Coordinate investigation panels and ensure fair, timely resolution
• Drive POSH training programs across levels
• Monitor training effectiveness and coverage
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Leadership, and external IC members
• Provide guidance on compliance and sensitive matters
• Manage escalations with a solution-oriented approach
• Deliver leadership reporting (dashboards, insights, trends)
• Maintain and update intranet content (policies, FAQs, resources)
• Support Governance, Risk Compliance initiatives, Identify risks, compliance gaps, and recommend improvements
