Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks an experienced professional to own Order to Cash and Revenue Recognition in a SaaS environment. You will configure Zuora modules, manage revenue rules, and coordinate with finance and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include testing, demos, training, and period-end activities, with a focus on accurate revenue reporting across multi-tenant deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Order to Cash with Revenue Recognition within a professional services/SaaS organization.
• Experience with at least one revenue recognition product: Zuora Revenue, Oracle Revenue Management, or NetSuite ARM.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 605 and 606.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integration flows.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Order to Cash processes with a focus on revenue recognition.
• Configure and test Zuora, Revenue, and Add-On products to meet designs.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to build custom solutions and integrations.
• Perform end-to-end testing, customer demos, and end-user training.
• Assist in period close reconciliations and provide ongoing support.

Work Timings: 3 PM/4 PM – 12 AM/1 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

• 7+ Years experience in Order to Cash and Revenue Recognition.
• Experience with setting up Products with proficiency in all types of Charge models.
• Experience with Billing rules, tax engine, revenue recognition (ASC 605/606), and Zuora Finance.
• Experience with Zuora Payment rules, gateways, HPP, and gateway reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora workflow automation, reporting, and API integration.
• Experience with deployment across multiple tenants and familiarity with ERP/Financial platforms like NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Conduct requirements gathering, FIT/GAP analysis, and design workshops.
• Configure and test Zuora, Revenue, and Add-On products to meet approved designs.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to build custom solutions and integrations.
• Perform end-to-end testing, customer demos, and end-user training.
• Assist in period close reconciliations and provide ongoing functional/technical support.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Order to Cash with Revenue Recognition within a professional services/SaaS organization.
• Experience with at least one revenue recognition product: Zuora Revenue, Oracle Revenue Management, or NetSuite ARM.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 605 and 606.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integration flows.
• BS/MS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor team members.
