Job summary

Lion Engineering Consultants in Kota, Rajasthan seeks a construction estimator to manage execution and billing for projects, including subcontractor and client invoicing.

You will perform detailed BBS calculation and quantity estimation to determine material requirements and plan monthly construction material needs.

Collaborate with ARCH-AID Architects & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. on drawings, clarifications and design changes, and prepare DPRs and monthly progress PPTs for clients and head office.

Qualifications

• BBS calculation and quantity estimation experience.
• Coordination with design consultants for drawings and clarifications.
• DPR and monthly PPT submission experience.

Role & responsibilities

Handled Execution & Billing (Sub-Contractor as well as client Billing) of complete Project.

• Detailed BBS calculation and Quantity Estimation of complete project to give Material requirement to Head Office & Pre-planning monthly Construction material requirement.
• Co-ordination with the Design consultant (ARCH-AID ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS Pvt. Ltd.) about project design & drawing clarification or any change in design.
• DPR and Monthly PPT Submission to Client and Head Office for Overall Progress of Projec
