Job summary

SINCLUS is hiring an Estimation Engineer (E&I) for a major Oil & Gas construction project in Saudi Arabia. You will prepare cost estimates for Electrical & Instrumentation works, quantify materials from drawings and BOQs, and prepare technical and commercial bid estimates.

The role requires a degree in engineering and 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas/EPC projects, with knowledge of E&I standards and coordination with engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas / EPC Construction Projects.
• Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation estimation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for Electrical & Instrumentation works.
• Quantity take-off from drawings, BOQs and project specifications.
• Estimate materials, manpower, equipment and subcontracting costs.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid estimates.
• Review tender documents, drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Perform cost comparison, rate analysis and budget preparation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or EPC projects.
• Apply applicable E&I standards and project specifications.
