Job summary

Ranade Realtors in Pune invites an experienced Civil Estimator to join our projects in the Maharashtra region. You will prepare BOQs, tender documents and cost estimates for civil works, and analyze requirements to forecast cash flow and resources.

You will visit sites, develop detailed project plans with timelines and allocate materials, labor and equipment, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and verifying contractor bills in line with contract terms.
