Job summary

Triaa Housing in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with 3–10 years of civil construction experience. You will prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, cost analyses, rate analyses, and tender documentation to support project budgeting and planning.

Responsibilities include studying drawings, preparing BOQs, performing rate analyses, coordinating with procurement and site teams, and maintaining estimation records to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of civil construction estimation and quantity surveying.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of RCC, steel, concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing estimates.
• Experience in BBS preparation and material quantity calculations.
• Knowledge of construction costing, tendering, and vendor quotation comparison.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in tender preparation, cost comparisons, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Contracts, Billing, and Site Engineering teams for quantity and cost verification.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work quantities against BOQs and site records.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project specifications.
• Maintain estimation sheets, BOQs, rate analysis, and cost-related records.
• Revise estimates based on changes in drawings, project specifications, or site requirements.
• Support project planning and management teams with cost reports and budget updates.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of estimation-related assignments.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building construction.
• Experience in real estate project estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost control.
• Knowledge of contractor billing and quantity verification will be an added advantage.
