Job summary

Mantra Properties in Mumbai seeks a Senior Engineer / Associate Manager Estimation to prepare true project cost estimates for civil, finishing, interior, and infra works. You will review drawings and perform rate analyses to support budgets and tender proposals.

The role requires 3–8 years of estimation experience in real estate/construction, with strong MS Excel and AutoCAD skills, BOQ preparation, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3-8 years of experience in estimation and costing within real estate/construction.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil, finishing, interior, and infrastructure works.
• Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
