Job summary

United Foodbrands is seeking an Estimation Architect for Commercial Projects in Bangalore. You will develop detailed estimates and BOQs for restaurant and commercial interiors, analyzing drawings and performing quantity take-offs across civil, interior, furniture, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing works.

You will coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and vendors to ensure accurate costing, compare quotations, and support rate negotiations while tracking costs to stay within budget.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in estimation/costing for commercial interiors or hospitality projects.
• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and estimation.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail, or commercial interiors preferred.
