The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Quantity Surveying, strong MS Excel and AutoCAD

• Experience in estimation/tendering for interior design or fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and execution processes.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for interior projects (commercial, corporate, residential, retail).
• Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess scope of work.
• Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations for pricing accuracy.
• Draft and submit technical & commercial bids as per client requirements.
• Work closely with design and project teams for material selection and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with suppliers for updated material rates and negotiate for best pricing.
• Maintain records of tenders submitted, pricing history, and awarded projects.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs.Track and follow up on tender submissions and assist in negotiations as required.

Summary of Position:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer / Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and pricing proposals for interior design and fit-out projects. The role requires close coordination with design teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure competitive and accurate costings.

Key Responsibilities:
