Job summary

Jobixo in Gurgaon (Sec 32) seeks an experienced Cost Estimation & Bidding Manager for end-to-end estimation and tendering of commercial interior fit-out and coworking space projects. The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience in cost estimation, tendering, and procurement coordination.

You will review drawings, prepare BOQ, analyze costs, obtain vendor quotes, and submit competitive bids, while coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely, profitable bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Eng, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cost estimation and bidding for interior designing and coworking spaces.
• Experience with BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost planning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/tools.
• Ability to read architectural, MEP, and furniture drawings.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The candidate should have expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, cost analysis, and submission of competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, tender documents, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Analyze project scope and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Obtain quotations from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers and conduct comparative analysis.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within timelines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and business development teams.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain databases of material costs, labour rates, and historical project costing.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and resolve tender-related queries.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive bidding.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Educational Qualification
