Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Architect or Interior Designer to lead restaurant layout development, first-cut concepts, and interior branding aligned with client standards.

The role involves producing GFC and technical drawings (MEP, civil, cabinetry, signage), coordinating with landlords and site engineers, and ensuring brand compliance, estimating BOQs, and supporting value engineering to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
• Min 4 years of experience in Dine In Restaurant & Kitchen/ Retail Designing.
• Good knowledge in Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and 3D visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed restaurant layouts, first-cut spatial designs and interior concepts aligned with brand standards.
• Prepare comprehensive GFC (Good for Construction), MEP, civil, cabinetry, signage and brand-specific technical drawings.
• Collaborate with internal teams, landlords, site engineers, business development and external consultants.
• Review vendor shop drawings, manage material quality checks, SAP entries and track site material delivery.
• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, operational goals, mall regulations and local norms.
• Visit sites to verify measurements, prepare accurate BOQs and final As-Built drawings.
• Support cost-saving value engineering while maintaining design quality and timelines.
• Maintain updated project documentation, revision history logs and master tracker sheets.
