Job summary

Muppa Projects India in Telangana seeks a property management professional to oversee rent collection, tenant relations, and overall property upkeep for residential rentals.

You will coordinate maintenance (plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping), prepare flats/villas for new tenants, and manage vendor relationships for housekeeping, security, and repairs; show properties to prospective tenants and explain rental terms.

Responsibilities

• strong experience in rent collection,tenant relations,and property upkeep
• experence managing residential flats ,villas skilled in maintenance coordinating(plumbing ,cleaning,electrical,landscaping).
• experience in preparing flats/villas for new tenants (painting,furnishing,reppairs).
• knowledge of vendor management forhouse keeping security,and repair services.
• strong interpersonal skills to handle tenant issues and complaintspromptly.
• ability tomeditaate disputes and maintain harmonioes tenant relations.
• experience in showing properties to prospective tenants/visitors and explaining rental terms.
• customer service orientation with professional communicationskills.
• proficiency in excell,property management software or erpsystems.
• cofortable with digital communicationtools (whats app,email,crm systems).
• strong problem solving skills and ability to act quickly in emergencies.
• organiged and detail oriented with multitasking ability.
• trutworthy and ethical in handling cash transactions and tenant data
• good presentation and negotiation skils when dealing with visitorw or tenants.
