Job summary

Trehan Group is seeking an experienced ERP Engineer to oversee the Farvision system across Sales, CRM, Finance, Material, Project and Engineering modules. You will ensure accurate data, smooth user operations, and reliable reporting for real estate projects and business functions.

You will administer users and roles, resolve issues, and coordinate with the vendor for upgrades while maintaining data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Must have strong ERP administration experience in Farvision or similar systems.
• Hands-on SQL for reporting, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of real estate business processes and RERA-linked docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for training users.
• Experience with AI/automation to improve ERP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Farvision ERP across modules.
• Provide first-level end-user support for all modules.
• Coordinate with vendor for bug fixes and upgrades.
• Maintain master data accuracy for inventory, pricing, customers, vendors, and projects.
• Support month-end and milestone closures with reconciled data.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Conduct user training and prepare SOPs for ERP workflows.
• Assist in rollout of new Farvision modules at sites.
• Monitor backups and ERP server/database health and security.
• Ensure processes meet internal controls and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven data validation and anomaly detection.
• Integrate AI tools with ERP/CRM to reduce manual effort.

Job description

The Farvision ERP Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Farvision ERP system across its modules Sales, CRM, Finance, Material, Project, and Engineering ensuring accurate data, smooth user operations, and reliable reporting for real estate project and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Farvision ERP system, including user creation, role-based access, and module configuration


• Provide first-level support to end users across Sales, CRM, Finance, Material, Project, and Engineering modules, resolving functional and technical issues


• Coordinate with the Farvision vendor/support team for bug fixes, patches, upgrades, and escalations beyond internal resolution


• Maintain master data accuracy unit inventory, pricing, customer records, vendor records, and project cost structures


• Support month-end and project-milestone closing activities by ensuring ERP data is complete and reconciled on time


• Generate and validate MIS reports, dashboards, and data extracts from Farvision for management and departmental use


• Conduct user training and prepare process documentation / SOPs for ERP workflows specific to real estate operations


• Assist in rollout of new Farvision modules or features to additional project sites and business units


• Monitor data backups and coordinate with IT infrastructure team on ERP server/database health and security


• Ensure ERP processes align with internal controls, approval workflows, and audit/compliance requirements


• Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven automation within Farvision ERP workflows e.g., auto-validation of data entries, anomaly detection in financial or project data, intelligent report summarization


• Integrate AI-based tools (chatbots, OCR/document processing, predictive analytics) with the ERP and related IT systems to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field


• 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience administering or supporting Farvision ERP (real estate industry preferred)


• Working knowledge of at least two Farvision modules (e.g., Sales/CRM, Finance, Material, Project, Proprity Management, HRMS)


• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for report writing, data validation, and troubleshooting


• Understanding of real estate business processes booking, demand/payment schedules, RERA-linked documentation, procurement, and project costing


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with end users across departments


• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for user training and cross-functional coordination.


• Familiarity with AI and automation tools and how they can be applied within ERP or business-process environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting ERP rollouts across multiple project sites or business units


• Exposure to other real estate ERP/CRM platforms (4QT, Tally, or similar) is an added advantage


• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration in a supporting capacity.


• Hands-on exposure to AI-based reporting, chatbots, OCR, or process-automation tools integrated with ERP or CRM systems
