R2R Consultants LLP in Kolkata seeks an IT & ERP Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead IT and ERP operations. You will manage a small team, oversee ERP workflows, access controls, and data accuracy to ensure smooth business processes.

You will coordinate with ERP vendors for upgrades and customization, oversee IT infrastructure including networks, hardware and software, and drive automation and digital transformation across the organization from a real estate/construction context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERP suites (Highrise, Farvision, or Infor).
• Experience in IT operations, hardware and software support.
• ERP troubleshooting with SLA and vendor management.
• Networking, cloud apps, IT assets and cybersecurity.
• MIS, dashboards, automation and reporting experience.

Job Title: IT & ERP Manager
Location: Kolkata
Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturdays being a half-day)
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure preferred

Location Requirement: Only Kolkata candidates; no relocation candidates will be considered.
