Job summary

Blue Tyga seeks an ERP Specialist to own our retail ERP across stores, warehouse and head office. You will manage, implement, customize and support ERP operations to ensure smooth business functioning and consistent data integrity.

Responsibilities include leading ERP deployment, configuring modules (Sales, Inventory, POS, Purchase, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing), and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and security.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Retail ERP systems (retail preferred).
• Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and support.
• Knowledge of POS, Inventory, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting processes.
• Ability to train users and provide ongoing support.

• Assist management with IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

• Ability to train users and provide ongoing support
• Basic knowledge of SQL / scripting (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
