Job summary

Think People Solutions in Mumbai seeks a senior systems leader to drive ERP programs end-to-end, including configuration, data migration, integrations, testing and go-live. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery.

You will design and maintain API- and middleware-based integrations across ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, CRM and e-commerce, ensuring data security, reliability and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in systems engineering or tech leadership.
• Led at least one full ERP implementation or migration.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware/iPaaS and SaaS integrations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or Odoo.
• Understanding of OMS, WMS, POS, CRM and e-commerce integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, vendor management and project leadership.
• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail or omnichannel environments preferred.
